We do not accept returns or provide refunds on any alcoholic beverages once they have left the store. Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

• The product is spoiled or defective.
• The product was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item provided).

All claims must be made at the time of pickup and verified by our staff.
