Terms & Conditions (Rampur Inc. DBA A2Z Liquors)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases from A2Z Liquors. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Store Pickup Only
We do not ship alcohol. All purchases must be picked up in-store at:
1243 E Grove Ave, Rantoul IL 61866
We may sell to out-of-state customers, but all orders require in-person pickup.
2. Age Verification
Purchasers must be 21+ and present valid government-issued photo ID at pickup. Orders will not be released to alternate persons or without ID verification.
3. Sales Finality
All alcohol sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
4. Pre-Sales & Special Releases
For pre-sale or limited releases (such as our Single Barrel selections):
- Your purchase secures your allocation.
- Customers will be notified when the product is ready for pickup.
- Availability is subject to confirmation from the distributor or distillery.
5. Responsible Consumption
By purchasing from us, you agree to consume responsibly. A2Z Liquors is not liable for any damages, injuries, or misuse resulting from alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
